Service Description

This 8 Week Learn to Run Program(ages 7-16) is designed to help your child learn to run better or begin running with better form and proper breathing techniques. We believe running is a great skill that can be continued throughout life, contributing to long-term physical and mental health Learn to Run Program includes: *Muscle testing assessment to ensure we build strength in weaker areas *Goal is to run for 30 min straight after 8 weeks *Educational talk each week *Sports nutrition information *Warm up with mobility work *Run/Walk intervals set out for you beforehand custom to your level(program is perfect for beginners) *Thorough Cool Down with mobility work Please PM me to join us!! Introducing your coach Kaley Metler, CPT Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Sports Nutrition Level III Certified, Group Fitness Coach, Mom & Duck & Chicken Owner Kaley played competitive sports her entire life. In track & field she won state championship for 800 m, 4x 800, and 300 m hurdles. She moved on to compete in the national qualifying meet. She also received a scholarship to play basketball and rodeo at Cochise Community College and New Mexico State University(rodeo here). She loves the great outdoors and helping others enjoy movement in the great outdoors and ensures to provide a safe & effective training session.
