Service Description

I remember practicing basketball and I was awesome in practice, then the games came and I felt so nervous that I would just make mistake after mistake until the coach would pull me. I would sit on the bench and feel so embarrassed when my peers would be at the game. It was a horrible feeling. In school I was extremely shy to talk in grades K-7. In some activities I was not that skilled at I was very nervous to practice or try in front of others. I think back at some of these times when I was not enjoying life to the fullest and wonder how that happened. One thing I know that would have helped me was to ask for HELP. I think I was too prideful. I am here to offer this HELP that I wish I would have asked for in a wonderfully supportive group setting. We aim to have a good time and help each other boost our confidence & self-esteem Location: YFC Waterdown Cost: $75 with snack & handout $50 each if you bring a friend
